We have no experience with land dwellings :) . But the daughter and family want to meet us in Abacos this spring. We will be on the boat, but they want to get a villa or house. It will be three adults and one VERY precious little girl!!!!!! It would be nice if it had a dock so we could pick them up with the dingy for day trips. But not the deciding factor by any means. So far Turtle Hill looks very nice and comes highly recomended
