Rent or buy a mooring

I am looking to either long term rent or buy a mooring for my 47' sailboat (5'8" draft) ideally in the area from GTC to Marsh. Who is best to talk to any suggestions would be appreciated. I do not live aboard or anything like that I just love the area, ethos and people.
