I think Abaco Towns in Marsh Harbor is a time share.

Oceanfrontier Hideaways ( the log cabins next to Nippers ) is affiliated with RCI and is selling timeshares. You can contact me for more info

a lot of folks have been hurt by these guys no matter what they call themselves these days: Abaco Towns, Regattas, whatever.

Suncrest Villas in Treasure Cay. Also affiliated with RCI. Have stayed there twice and loved it!
