I understand from someone who flew over yesterday that a couple of the origional houses (possibly those no longer occupied) had been knocked down by Jeannie.
I also heard that Buella's house (the home between the old Casurina Point Club and JR's) had lost a section - possibly as the result of a tornado.
No reports of injuries.

What is the situation in Casaurina? Does anyone have information on JR and family? Is there anyway to communicate with them? What can we do to help?

I was with JR during Frances, and have talked to him since Jeanne.
He and Charles Wittman made it thru just fine, and Winifred is in Tampa with Ms Mary. They went to Yellow Wood and stayed with Robin during Jeanne.
JR's home had damage, but not too bad. Shannon's house (the one in front of JR's) was hit by a tornado, and damaged badly. Beatrice's home was destroyed,Percy's rental had shingle damage. Everyone is fine.
