Is Hurricane Jeanne expected to be worse or the same as Frances??

I'm in the Fort Lauderdale area. According to our local ABC reporters who are in MH, also seen on TWC, Jeanne is expected to bring more wind than rain. About 20 inches of rain flooded Abaco from Frances. It's expected that Jeanne will flood with storm surge. The same or worse you ask. Impossible to answer. Homes already damaged, and awaiting repair can only get further damaged. This is a difficult time for all of us in the path of Jeanne. Let's just hope that Jeanne picks up some speed, and we can be over with it!
