Coco loco recipe from Tom......

my wife and i stayed a while at Toms ( Coco paradise) and had a great time. We asked for the recipe for the coco loco and he gave it to us, but somewhere on returning home we lost it. Tryed doing a google search for the recipe but were unsure if what we turned up is correct. If anyone has the recipe from Tom we would greatly appreciate if you would tell us! Memories.....!
