"Big Mama" is suppose to be temporary! Its up on Orchid Bay property across from the tennis courts. Its actually not as noisy as you would think it would be.

Glad to see you back Pat! I was concerned how you were making out being you were in Jacksonville and the storm was going that way. I kept telling my husband that's the nice looking couple I showed you on the Board. Her husband Sidney still in Guana and she is with her daughter in FL. What a dilemma! Glad all is well and you were with daughter and grandson also. Hope you were able to at least enjoy some of the visit, it had to be nerve wracking for you! Glad is all over with. I'm back here on Guana and yes it was nerve wracking being in Jax and Sidney being here. But I did have a few good days to visit and now I'm back and still trying to get back to normal here! We have a rage going on right now and its windy and I can hear the waves up here in my computer room, its nasty out there.
Check out the beach two days ago! It has been gorgeous!

Wow! that is beautiful. Think I need to have my hubby paint that! He likes to dabble with ocean scenes. Are you getting some of "Jeanne" or whoever is out there now. What a year for storms! I have never seen one after another like this! Hope we do not have a bad winter in the Northeast. What a month for bad weather! Glad you are back and safe and your daughter and grandson are too! Maybe we might meet up with you this year. We are suppose to be in TC this winter and I want to visit Guana.

nature giveth and nature taketh awayth! I loved to watch the beaches of Guana change, almost on a daily basis. Thanks for sharing your digital photo talents as I get used to sitting at red lights, long lines a Publix, and the usual USA lifestyle. If you guys could get rid of the casuarinas on your eastern shore the shore might not change as much with the storms.
