First let me say that these were taken from a commercial flight and the quality is not that great, but they are better than nothing, if you are looking for your house! I know, been there, done that! Seventeen photos and I don't recognize any of the buildings because I am not familiar with Treasure, so I probably can't answer any questions, but it's the best I can provide at this time.

Also before I get inundated with requests, these are the best of the bunch of aerials, and I ONLY have Treasure, a few along the shore between Treasure and Marsh, and some over Green Turtle. NONE of Guana, Scotland, Lubbers, Elbow, Man-o-War!

When I left TC at noon Fri there was no power, no water, and no sign of BEC since the storm. There are many downed power lines and some poles. The only power was in an area at the west end of Ocean Blvd - not sure of exact bounds.

Herbie,
I stay in 1408 when I am at MC. Met you 2 yrs. ago in November.
Is Paula able to get e-mail now? Are phones working?
So 1408 should be OK as far as Frances.
Thanks

Hi Susie,

I talked to Paula on tuesday and MC came through good! A little water here and there, but nothing major. Yes, she can get email if the power is up, and Sinc posted last night that it was on. I will go back to TC on the 26th for a short stay. Hope all is well!
See ya, Herbie

The following was posted on message board today…who is the "area commissioner?"

Duty has been lifted on these items: clothing, footwear, batteries, disposable paper and plastic goods, generators, chain saws, tools and medical supplies, and no approval is required for their importation.

These items below require an approval letter from your area commissioner that states whether or not your project is new or suffered damages from the hurricane: furniture, appliances, plumbing materials, electrical materials, building materials and emergency equipment.
