Elbow Cay...roads ever get repaved?

My family and I are heading to Elbow Cay April 16-24. We're staying in Hopetown in a house on the harbor.

I have a bet with Vernon from last year. He bet me one of his pies that by the time we came back....the roads would be all fixed/re-paved.

Are they?

I won't hold him to this fun little bet because I'm sure the Hurricane season may have delayed this a bit, if not at all.

The road is paved both ways all the way to the top of the road by Sweetings Grocery, last time I looked, which was a week ago :)

That's good to hear....it was a mess last year in some spots.

Probably have to Vernon some leeway as the hurricane was a huge factor in stopping what was fairly good progress during spring and summer. However, I do understand a pie is a pie!!
