Are there any information on the people of Little Abaco? I haven't heard anything about these places. Any type of information would be greately appreaciated.
The only thing i know is that someone from treasure cay drove to cooper's town and was in shock at the state of some houses. i got this information from the message board. that was the only details given. should you find anything out about Chubbie or Ronald Murray, please let me know as we are very concerned for and about them.

Am gong to try and make it to Cooperstown via TC airport Wednesday.
Any word on what priority needs are (that can fly in small plane)?
Any words on Jensen Edgecombe or Be Pratt down on the water edge?
Thanks - Jack
I spoke with my mom and sister yesterday, they live in Crown Haven. They both said that Little Abaco survived the hurricane surprisingly well.
No injuries, loss of life, or limb, or any other major damages. Some folks who live in low laying areas sustained water damage to their homes and property.
Additionally, some folks lost shingles from their roofs, partial roofs, or most of their roofs.
The wind blew from the south so those living on the south side of the island, in the low laying areas were hit by the high water surge at both tides.
The clinic in Coopers Town apparently did not lose its roof as previously reported.
The electricity is off but is expected to be back on soon. The phones are operable but they can not get out and it is difficult to get in, so you have to be patient and keep trying.
