unused dock or mooring for rent?

Anybody from MH to TC got a dock behind your house/condo that you are not using? Or maybe a private mooring you want to rent. It's for a 42 ft sailboat with 5'4" draft. We're not liveaboards but come down about every three weeks for three or four days. I need it from December to approx April.
