Mark Carroll in TC has an option of renting a boat with his rental for an extra fee. Check him out. Also, I think Katie's cottage might have one also. Good luck to you!

Check out Seagull Cottages in Hopetown. You should find a link on the yellow sidebar.
I would also suggest Seagull Cottages - nice places, and great folks.

I have not stayed there but am doing some research right now myself- Island Marine has cottages on Parrot Cay that have pricing to include a boat (see rates and sizes). I read a nice article a couple of months ago (I think in Abaco Life but I can't remember) written by a young couple who stayed there on their honeymoon- very complimentary. My problem is that I don't think they have AC but you might want to check their website for cottage information.

Check out Schooner's on MOW with the ties to Waterways. Samantha and Jay run a first rate operation. Have stayed ther many times and enjoy the place and the boats from Waterways.

Try Lubbers Landing. Amy and Austin are wonderful people. They specialize in quiet cottages that come with boats and they even have a sling for your boat so once you are done for the day, you have no worries.

I'll gladly third Seagull Cottages - Karen is a great help and the place is terrific - dock, fish cleaning station, fresh and salt water wash down, three bedroom was VERY comfortable....loved it

Boats are easy to rent. Any place on the water with a good dock would be a good choice. If you rent a house with a decent boat included, you will pay for it anyway. That's just biz!:)
