I will be chartering a sailboat in a few months out of Marsh harbor and I have opted to do my own provisioning. Never having been there before I don't know the best place to shop for food and beer. Can anyone recommend a good grocery?
Thanks

Suggest one of the following If shopping in MH go to either Solomans, Sawyers Market or Price Right.

The 3 stores mentioned by Steamboat are about all you have to choose from in MH as far as grocery stores. Suggest that if you are flying in, that you get a taxi at the airport and go to any of the groceries and liquor stores. The taxi will wait while you shop. Liquor and beer are available in getting to and from any of the stores mentioned. We use A/K, but they are all pretty much alike. Expect to pay $38.00 for a case of beer due to tariffs.

In addition to the above, The Family Market, at the only red light on Great Abaco, offers gourmet meats, cheeses, breads, etc..... They also do provisioning. Some charter folks like the idea of having everything on board and stowed away to not lose part of the day getting set up.
