Passport Renewals

Someone was asking if anyone had any recent passport experiences - we just got our renewed passports after only 3 weeks from when we mailed them off - a pleasant surprise!

I am just getting ready to send mine off for renewal. As I recall, the last time it was quite fast, too. I think the renewals through the mail, when all your ducks are in a row, is pretty timely.

we had heard horror stories so had all the paperwork/pictures (depressing - no way we have aged THAT much) waiting in a priority envelope and were pleasantly surprised at the timeliness - hope yours are as quick!

I just got my fisrt passport and it only took 2 weeks and came from Miami. I was surprised to get it so east because I remember reading here on the board that some people were still waiting after 6 months for theirs to arrive.
