Any input on Mark's Beach View Bungalow?

We've finally decided to stay at Mark's Beach View Bungalow at Treasure Cay. It's 250 feet from Banyan Beach, has a washer & dryer, bikes, and golf cart with the rental. Mark also says it's 5 minutes from shopping and we're also renting a boat with it so we can explore the islands. Has anyone stayed there that can give us any input on the area? I'm getting SOOO much great information from some of you (thanks iznik!) so I've found out that this message board is truly priceless!

Although we have never stayed there, we've heard only good comments about it. I know where it is though and it's a great location. The cart will be very usefull too getting in/out of Treasure Cay "proper". You'll be close enough to TC to quickly get back from the Tipsy Seagull at night, yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town (even that is pretty quiet though).

We've probably stayed around TC at least 80% of our total visits to Abaco and it's got just about evrything you'd want from a convenience standpoint as well as 2 great beaches.

TC is also the home of the mastermind behind this crazy Board. You should make arrangements to meet Sinclair and Barbara - in fact, Mark's is very close to his most humble abode. BTW, Sinclair will also accept a roll of duct tape as a visitation "homage" - he swears by that stuff during August thru October.
