how to add pictures to your post

find manage attachments below the regular place you type in your message as in the picture below

click on it to bring up the browse button and locate the picture on your computer

once you locate the file on your computer, highlight it and click open

the hit upload and you will see a screen similar to this

close the window and make your post and your picture will appear in the post.

Pictures have to be less that 650 pixels wide to be uploaded, you can upload up to 4 at a time, and there is no provision for posting pictures on the quick reply screen, you must hit go advanced to post one in a reply.

Racedude, you need to resize your pictures. If you already have photo editting software on your computer, you should be able to right click on the photo and go to "open with" and chose the photo editor. I believe the instructions above state that the photos cannot be wider than 650 pixels, so change the pixels for width to that number or lower. If you don't have photo editting software, I think there are some freebies you can download. Maybe someone else can help you with that.

Okay here goes, hope it works. This was from a 35mm camera July 2007. My digital, fairly new over heated and I bought a disposable one while there.This is my first time too Cindum.

Guess you have to be careful in how much you fool around with resizing! I had a great pic, fooled around w/ resizing, now I have a blurry pic! It does look like I can select "websize" pic and may get a size for posting! That way I don't have to fool around with the pics so much.
